To continue to serve you and offer you the highest standard of service, we have instituted the guidelines and protocols below for you to follow when you visit our salon. Our new policies and procedures meet or exceed the standards described by local and national regulatory bodies.

• All services are by appointment only. Please call us during regular opening hours at +40 732 889 966 / +40 213 168 838 to schedule an appointment. You can also privately and easily book your appointment through our online booking system.

• Individuals with cold or flu symptoms should reschedule appointments to maintain a safe clinic environment. This precaution safeguards our staff and the clients against potential exposure to COVID-19 or other viruses.

• Please wait in your vehicle until your appointment to minimise social contact and refrain from gathering in waiting areas.

• Wearing a face mask is mandatory. We provide this equipment for free if needed.

• Upon entering, the shift managers will check customers' temperatures using an infrared thermometer that is pointed to the forehead and provides an instant read. It's a simple, rapid, and non-contact process. If your temperature exceeds 37.3°C (99.14°F), we must reschedule your appointment until you feel better. Also, we will take the masseuses' temperature at the start of their shift to ensure they do not feel unwell/have no symptoms of COVID-19.

• We ask that you use hand sanitisers. Disinfectants are available in our rooms, but you should also wash your hands frequently.

• We will still accept cash, but we recommend you make a card payment.

• Avoid handshakes and hugs while greeting and interacting with persons in the parlour.

• Be aware of your personal space and practice physical distancing of at least 1.5 meters in the salon's common areas (reception and hallways). Please be patient if asked to wait in a designated area to enforce social distancing measures.

• Upon arrival, please wash your hands thoroughly with the antibacterial hand soap and warm water provided. Showering is now mandatory, and shower gels will remain available in all bathrooms. You are also very welcome to have your post-session shower, which remains optional.

• Please exit the parlour in an orderly, adhering to the physical distancing protocols.

• We reserve the right to decline a booking from any client showing cold or flu symptoms. We ask that you do not visit the parlour if:
  
  • You have a fever or symptoms of respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath).
  • You have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

The following hygiene protocols are in place at the Mon Amour parlour:

• We have implemented rotational sanitation procedures for all joint surfaces multiple times throughout the day. Although we have always done this, we now emphasise cleaning and disinfecting tasks in common areas. We clean and disinfect any object in any common area or object clients touch.

• Our commitment to cleanliness ensures regular sanitisation of all rooms and fresh linens and towels for each guest. All towels and bed linens used are laundered at high temperatures and provided fresh for your visit. We also provide customers with disposable slippers.

• We use antibacterial spray or wipes to clean all items used in the massage area after each session, including door handles, light switches, oil bottles, and other items. Additionally, we thoroughly clean our bathrooms with bleach products and antibacterial spray/wipes after each client.

• Before and after your visit, we pay attention to the extensive disinfection of the contact surfaces in rooms and bathrooms and adequate ventilation. For this purpose, we use UV Germicidal lamps with Ozone to destroy any bacteria, viruses, or fungi.

• All disinfectants used in the parlour are verified to ensure they meet the EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19.

• We have installed HEPA filters in our air conditioner units to ensure cleaner airflow. This device eliminates over 99.9% of all impurities.

• We set 30 minutes between each session to perform the necessary sanitation protocols and complete the abovementioned procedures.

Our girls practice impeccable standards of personal hygiene. Some protocols include showering before and after each session, which has always been mandatory, and all our girls will continue to practice it. Hair is kept clean and tied up for the duration of each session.

We also carry out medical control and analysis of all our masseuses. Our staff must stay home if they experience any symptoms of illness.
